SUMMER TEAM PAYMENTS

OPTIONS

There are three payment options available from Memorial Day until the end of summer camp.  Every athlete that attends must have one of these payments on their account PRIOR to attending practice. UMDGC Credits and additional discounts will be refunded within 2 business days.

• Daily Pass: This allows those attending one (and sometimes two practices) to attend without having to pay the full week’s rate.  Please note that the daily rate is higher than paying the weekly rate once you for two or more practices.
  • To purchase a Daily Pass: Log into your iClassPro account -> Click on ProShop -> Passes -> Select the pass from one of options or groupings that are visible. 
  • To redeem the pass prior to attending practice: Account -> Find the athlete -> Passes -> Use for a Class -> Find the practice date and level you wish to attend and click to enroll.
• Weekly Rate: The weekly rate will provide significant savings over the daily rate if attending more than 1 or 2 days per week. Follow these steps to enroll:
  • Log into your iClassPro account
  • Classes, Teams, Open Workouts & More (computer) or Bookings (app)
  • Find a Class
  • Select your gymnast and SEE CLASSES
  • Filter "Sessions" for UMDGC Gym Teams 26.4.xx. and APPLY
  • Click the level and timeframe you would like to enroll in
  • Sessions = Select the week you'd like to attend and ENROLL NOW
  • Confirm the information and make any notes in the "Anything else we need to know?" and ADD TO CART
  • You can then check out or use the back page button to add more weeks.  If you ADD AN ENROLLMENT, you will need to start the search process all over again.
• All-Summer Rate: This will save you up to 20% off eight or more weeks of the summer payments.  This rate is available for a very short period of time after the release of the summer schedule.  Payment will be processed through PayPal, not through iClassPro.  If you wish to use UMDGC Credits, make the purchase through PayPal portal.  Once the office staff has entered the corresponding weeks into iClassPro, we will refund you the amount of your credits within two business days. Remember that the payment processors may offer special financing that will allow you to pay in installments and/or reduce interest rates, if you are eligible.  

AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS

There are no automatic payments available for summer practices due to scheduling conflicts with the many special events and family vacations during that time.  It is the responsibility of each gymnast’s family to go into iClassPro and make the necessary payments PRIOR to attending practices. 

FREE OPEN WORKOUTS

UMDGC offers free open workouts to all members of the team programs.  Each athlete that makes payment for team before the first day of practice will automatically be issued a pass for the upcoming school year (Labor Day thru Memorial Day) or summer (Memorial Day to last day of summer programming).  If you enroll after the first day of practice for these time frames, you must email frontdesk@umdgc.com to receive a free open workout pass.  Athletes must be punched-in through your iClassPro account to attend open workouts.  Account -> Find the athlete -> Passes -> Use for a Class->Find the open workout and click to enroll.
