We're always looking for enthusiastic instructors and coaches to join our staff. We offer flexible hours, competitive wages for the right individuals, and many job levels to match your experience level. Fill out an application either online, or download it and email, fax, mail, or drop it off. For those looking for their first jobs, we offer two options:

Volunteers: Minimum of 14 years of age. Those 13 years of age will be considered if you have competitive experience in gymnastics or cheerleading, or extensive history with UMDGC programming.
Leaders/Instructors: Minimum of 15 years of age. Those 14 years of age with 100 hours of volunteer experience at UMDGC will also be eligible for a paid position.
