Tiny and Mini Athletes with a birth year of 2015-2021. Class will mimic an all star practice with tumbling, jumps, and stunts. Highly encouraged for potential all star cheerleaders.
Prep Athletes with a birth year of 2009-2014. Class will mimic an all star practice with tumbling, jumps, and stunts. Highly encouraged to maintain skills over the summer.

We are ready to start level 2 skills. Work all the drills to begin training the back handsprings.
I can throw my back handspring and now I need to clean it up! This class is geared towards the perfection of the skill. We want these skills “competition ready.” If you want to be center tumbler or last pass on level 2 or 3, come train with UMAS Staff to get there.

All about the technique, perfecting the layout creates a seamless transition into twisting skills. Already twisting? We will focus on form to ensure the next goal is solid doubles. Geared towards our high level 3 tumblers & up.
UMAS Staff will select a handful of athletes who demonstrate hard work & determination to come train together. These athletes are goal-oriented & focused. Limited spots.
